SHIPPING POLICY
The order shipping time is usually 5-10 business days. However, it might be longer depending on the time of the year. Full shipping day begins after your order leaves our facility for delivery.
All of our products are shipped to you via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over $199 depending on your region. No code necessary, free shipping will be applied at checkout. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary depending on the destination country's laws and regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to placing your order.
Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.

Total price after taxes and shipping & handling charges is displayed during check-out. The total price will be charged in general in Canadian dollars or in the currency of your country.
If orders are placed separately, they are processed separately and are not combined for shipping.
If you'd like to modify or cancel your order, please contact us by email before the order is fulfilled/shipped out.
If any of the items in your order is out of stock or discontinued, we will notify you via e-mail registered on your account. You will have three options: wait for out of stock (backordered) items, modify or cancel your order. If you decide to wait for backordered items, your order will be processed once the items become available. If you choose to cancel, you will receive a full refund within 14 business days after the cancellation request has been sent.
#HUMANITY reserves the right to cancel any order/transaction if fraudulent activity is suspected.
If you have placed an order with incomplete or incorrect shipping address, please cancel the order and make a correction on your shipping address under your account. You will have to place a new order with correct information. All requests to send the order other than the shipping address registered on your account will be not be accepted.
We will not be liable or responsible for returned orders due to incomplete or incorrect shipping address. These orders will be cancelled. You will be notified by e-mail associated with your account. A refund will be issued to you excluding the shipping & handling charges.
Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.
We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible within estimated delivery time. However, you may experience unexpected delivery delay due to uncontrollable events (natural disasters, severe weather, etc.). We are not responsible for such shipping delays.
In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email us within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
